No, the posts are contractual with an 11-month agreement that may be extended by mutual consent, and no claim for regular appointment is admissible.

A candidate employed in Regular Cadre Service/ Bonded Category Service must submit an NOC from the concerned department; without it, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
