SSLC Trainees and Diploma Trainee: 7 November 2026. ITI Trainees, Graduate Trainees, Graduate Apprentice and Degree Apprentice: 9 November 2026. Trade Apprentice (ITI), Technician Apprentice (Diploma) and Technician Apprentice (Vocational): 10 November 2026.

What is the reporting time and venue?

T&D Trainees report at 09.15 AM and apprentices on or before 10.00 am, at SARGAM Hall, HLL Lifecare Ltd, Peroorkada Factory, Trivandrum-5. Only those who report or register before 11 am can attend the test.

What is the age limit for HLL Lifecare T&D Trainees?

The age limit for SSLC, Diploma, ITI and Graduate Trainees is 18-30 years as on 01.11.2026, with relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per Govt. of India Rules.

What qualification is needed for Graduate Trainees?

A B.Sc in any science with 50% marks for General candidates and 45% for SC/ST candidates, or a B.Com (Pass) with 60% marks.

What is the stipend?

T&D Trainees get Rs. 12000/- to Rs. 15500/- a month, rising each year. Apprentices get Rs. 9600/- to Rs. 12300/-, depending on the category.

What documents must be brought to the walk-in?

Originals and attested photocopies of certificates, Aadhaar card (original and copy) and a recent passport size photo; SC/ST/OBC candidates for the T&D Trainee posts must also bring a caste certificate.

How long is the selection test for T&D Trainees?

The test lasts 30 minutes, from 12.15 PM to 12.45 PM.

Is this a permanent job at HLL Lifecare?

No. It is training only: 3 years for T&D Trainees and 1 year for apprentices, and it gives no claim to regular employment in the company.

Can someone who already trained under the T&D scheme apply again?

No. Those who have undergone training once in the company under the T&D scheme are not eligible to apply.

Who pays the apprentice stipend?

For Graduate, Degree and Technician (Diploma)/Vocational Apprentices, the company pays 50% of the monthly stipend and BOAT pays the remaining 50% directly.
