Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law, be enrolled and in active practice with the Bar Council of India/State Bar Council, and have a minimum of 10 years' experience for High Courts/CAT or 5 years' experience for district-level courts and other forums, along with the other criteria listed in the Eligibility section above.

Eligible advocates must fill the prescribed application format (Annexure-B for fresh applicants or Annexure-C for existing panel counsels), attach the required supporting documents, and send it by post or submit it in person to the Regional Director (I/c), ESI Corporation, Regional Office, Chennai, on or before 08.09.2026.
