NSDC/Skill India Internship

The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Skill India Mission facilitates internship and apprenticeship opportunities for youth across various sectors. NSDC partners with industry bodies and training providers to create pathways from skill training to employment.

The program is particularly targeted at youth from semi-urban and rural areas, offering opportunities in sectors like IT, healthcare, retail, automotive, construction, and hospitality.

• Indian citizens aged 18-35 years
• Minimum education varies by sector (10th pass to graduate)
• Completion of relevant NSDC-affiliated skill training is an advantage
• Registration on Skill India Digital platform

2. Complete your skill profile and training details
3. Browse internship/apprenticeship opportunities by sector and location
4. Apply through the portal

Selection is done by the host organizations based on skill assessment scores, training completion certificates, and aptitude. NSDC facilitates matching but does not directly select candidates.
