SMFCL Executives Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 12 Posts

The SMFCL Executive Recruitment 2026 is a national-level hiring process conducted by Sagarmala Finance Corporation Limited (SMFCL) for Executive (E-1 Grade) posts in various disciplines. It is a Mini Ratna Category-I CPSE under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Government of India. The recruitment aims to fill professional positions in Finance, Projects, Legal, Company Secretary, and IT departments through a transparent selection process.

A total of 12 Executive vacancies have been announced in the 2026 recruitment cycle. These posts are distributed across different disciplines including Finance, Projects, Legal, IT, and Company Secretary roles. The upper age limit for SMFCL Executive posts is 30 years as on 18 June 2026. However, age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories like SC, ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD, and other eligible groups as per Government of India guidelines. The relaxation varies from 3 to 10 years depending on category.

The selection process includes a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by a Personal Interview. The CBT carries 85% weightage in the final merit, while the interview carries 15%. Candidates must qualify both stages and also clear document verification and medical fitness requirements for final appointment.

The CBT consists of 150 multiple-choice questions carrying 150 marks, divided into domain-specific questions and general aptitude sections. The exam duration is 120 minutes, and there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. The test will be conducted in major cities across India.

The application fee for General, OBC-NCL, and EWS candidates is Rs. 1000, while SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted from paying any fee. The payment must be made online during the application process and is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
