Freeze candidates must physically report to their allotted institute; the Nodal Officer of the institute then generates the Resignation Letter/Seat Withdrawal Slip through the MCC portal.
What happens if the resignation letter is not generated through the official MCC portal?
The MCC notice states that any resignation not backed by a portal-generated Resignation Letter/Seat Withdrawal Slip will be treated as "Null and Void."
