IIM Trichy Non Teaching Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 8 Editorial Assistant, IT Support Engineer and More Posts

There are 8 vacancies, one for each of the 8 non-teaching posts. Two posts are at Chennai (Corporate Relations Officer and Assistant Manager – Programme and Campus Operations), and six are at the Tiruchirappalli Main Campus.

The last date is 12 November 2026, 5.00 pm. Online applications open on 23 October 2026 at 11.00 am.

Each post has its own requirement. For example, the Estate Officer needs a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 50% marks and 15 years' experience. The Editorial Assistant needs post graduation in any field with at least second class (50% marks).

The upper age limit is 55 years for the Corporate Relations Officer, Manager – Executive Education and Consulting and Estate Officer. It is 50 years for both Assistant Manager posts and 40 years for the IT Support Engineer, Editorial Assistant and Hindi Supervisor, as on the closing date. The Institute reserves the right to relax the upper age limit for deserving candidates.

The consolidated monthly salary ranges from Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- for the Editorial Assistant and Hindi Supervisor, up to Rs. 75,000/- to Rs. 90,000/- for the Manager – EEC and Estate Officer. The Corporate Relations Officer gets a fixed ₹70,000 to ₹80,000 plus variable pay of up to ₹70,000 to ₹80,000 a month.

CCNP / BCNE / Fortinet NSE Level 3 or higher is mandatory, and RHCE/MCSE is preferred. The certification is not essential for candidates with 3+ years of L3 Level hands-on network and security experience directly with the OEMs, network and security MNCs or national-level institutes the notice lists.

Yes. The Estate Officer must live on campus and will be given campus accommodation. The applicable licence fee and utility charges are payable as the Institute prescribes.
