What is the last date for Haryana UG/PG 2nd, 3rd, 4th year admission 2026?
The last date to apply without any late fee is 24 July 2026. Admission with a late fee is allowed until 07 August 2026 (11:59 PM).
How can I apply for Haryana college 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year admission online?
You can apply only through the Centralized Online Admission Portal at admissions.highereduhry.ac.in. Offline admission outside this portal is not accepted for Govt. colleges.
What is the admission fee for Haryana UG/PG 2nd, 3rd, 4th year 2026?
The course/admission fee is set by each individual college ("as per college"), so it is not fixed centrally by DGHE. A late fee of ₹100 applies from 25–31 July 2026, and ₹100 plus ₹100 per day applies from 1–7 August 2026.
Is the Anti-Ragging Undertaking mandatory for Haryana college admission?
Yes. As per Supreme Court of India and UGC/AICTE regulations, every admitted student must submit an Anti-Ragging Undertaking through the online portal at antiragging.in and upload it via the admission portal login.
Can Aided and Self-Finance college students pay the admission fee online?
No. For Govt.-Aided and Self-Finance colleges, the fee payment mode is offline only, following the same practice as previous years. Only Government colleges offer both online and offline payment options.
What happens if I miss the 24 July 2026 deadline?
You can still apply until 7 August 2026 by paying a late fee - ₹100 if you apply between 25–31 July 2026, or ₹100 plus ₹100 per additional day if you apply between 1–7 August 2026.
