GATE COAP 2026 registration is the process of creating an online account on the Common Offer Acceptance Portal, which allows GATE‑qualified candidates to view, accept, retain, or reject M.Tech and related offers from participating IITs in one place.
Is COAP registration mandatory for IIT M.Tech admissions?
Yes. For participating IITs, COAP registration is compulsory because they publish GATE‑based offers only through COAP; you cannot get or act on offers via email or individual institute login alone.
Do I need to pay any fee for COAP 2026?
No separate COAP registration fee is usually charged. However, each IIT may charge its own application fee when you fill their M.Tech admissions form.
Can I use multiple GATE scores in COAP 2026?
