Can General category candidates apply?
No. This is a backlog drive only for SC, ST and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.
How many posts can I apply for?
Only one. If you apply more than once, only your last completed application is kept and the fees for the others are forfeited.
Which post has the lowest age limit?
Manager - Digital Fraud, at 24 to 34 years as on 01.10.2026. SC/ST candidates get 5 extra years.
Does clerical experience count?
No. Clerical and teaching experience do not count. A job of less than six months counts only if it is your current job.
Is a CA required for the Business Finance post?
Yes. Graduation in any discipline and Chartered Accountant qualification are both mandatory. You also need 6 years in Business Finance at a large Bank or NBFC.
What score do I need to pass the interview?
Reserved category candidates need at least 55% in the Personal Interview.
What is the service bond amount?
If you leave before three years, you pay three months' gross salary, up to Rs. 3 Lakhs.
How long is the probation?
12 months of active service from the date of joining.
What size should my photo and signature be?
Photo: 20kb–50kb. Signature: 10kb–20kb. Both in JPG/JPEG format, scanned at a minimum of 200 dpi.
Where would legal disputes be heard?
Only in courts, tribunals and forums at Mumbai.
