There are 20 vacancies across 10 posts. The Upper Division Clerk, Lower Division Clerk, Data Entry Operator and Stenographer Grade-II posts have 3 vacancies each, Tribunal Master and Staff Car Driver have 2 each, and the other four posts have 1 each. The number of vacancies may vary.

The application, forwarded by the parent department, must reach the Registrar-in-Charge, Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Kolkata by 9 December 2026 (Wednesday). Applications received after the last date will not be considered.

The qualification depends on the post. Most posts need regular service in an analogous or feeder post. Lower Division Clerk, Data Entry Operator and Stenographer Grade-II also need 12th Class pass, Staff Car Driver needs 10th standard pass, and Junior Accounts Officer and Junior Accountant need a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.

For appointment by deputation or absorption, the age must not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. This limit applies to every post.

The pay ranges from Pay Matrix Level 2 (Rs.19900-63200) for Lower Division Clerk, Staff Car Driver and Data Entry Operator up to Level 11 (Rs.67700-208700) for Principal Private Secretary. For deputationists, pay and allowances follow DoP&T Office Memorandum No 6/8/2009-Estt (Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010, as amended.

Fill in the Annexure-1 proforma and submit it through your parent department. The department forwards it with the No Objection Certificate, vigilance clearance, the no-disciplinary-action certificate and the last five years' ACRs to the Registrar-in-Charge, Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, O-6, Clyde Row, Hastings, Kolkata 700 022.
