What is the period of engagement for MbPA Professional Interns Recruitment 2026?

The initial period of engagement shall be 2 years which can be extended to an additional 2 years on the basis of performance, with no further extension. There shall be a performance review after every 6 months of engagement.

What are the leave entitlements for selected candidates?

Young Professionals shall be eligible for 20 days Casual Leave in a Calendar Year on Pro Rata Basis. Un-availed leave cannot be carried over to the next calendar year and no encashment of leave is allowed. MbPA may terminate services in case of absence of more than 15 days beyond the entitled leave.

Is accommodation provided to selected candidates?

Accommodation in MbPA Class III B quarters can be provided subject to availability. The rent payable will be @10% of consolidated remuneration plus license fees. Electricity and water charges will be recovered on actual consumption basis.

Are selected candidates entitled to DA, HRA or other allowances?

No. Young Professionals on Contractual basis shall not be entitled to any kind of allowance such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, Transport Facility, Personal Staff, CGHS and Medical Reimbursement etc.

Will selected candidates be regularised or absorbed in permanent service?

No. The appointment is purely on contract basis and the initial engagement is for 2 years extendable to a maximum of 4 years. There is no provision for permanent absorption in MbPA service.
