UKSSSC Recruitment 2026: 398 Kanisth Sahayak & Stenographer Grade-1/PA Vacancies - Apply Online

UKSSSC Recruitment 2026 is a notification released by the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission on 15 June 2026 to fill 398 posts of Kanisth Sahayak and Stenographer Grade-1/Personal Assistant in the Civil and Family Courts under the Nainital High Court, Uttarakhand.

There are 398 total vacancies: 259 posts of Kanisth Sahayak (230 in Civil Courts and 29 in Family Courts) and 139 posts of Stenographer Grade-1/Personal Assistant (128 in Civil Courts and 11 in Family Courts).

The online application process starts on 22 June 2026, and the last date to submit the application is 6 July 2026.

Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years of age as on 1 January 2026, with age relaxation available for SC/ST/OBC, persons with disabilities, freedom fighter dependents, and ex-servicemen of Uttarakhand as per government rules.

Candidates must hold a graduate degree from a recognised university, with good knowledge of Hindi and English. Kanisth Sahayak posts require a Hindi typing speed of 25 words per minute, while Stenographer posts require 80 words per minute in Hindi shorthand and 25 words per minute in Hindi typing.

The fee is Rs 300 for Unreserved/OBC candidates, Rs 150 for SC/ST/EWS and disabled candidates of Uttarakhand, and Rs 0 (no fee) for orphan candidates.

Kanisth Sahayak posts carry a pay scale of Rs 21,700–69,100 (Level-3). Stenographer Grade-1/Personal Assistant posts carry Rs 29,200–92,300 (Level-5) in Civil Courts and Rs 44,900–1,42,400 (Level-7) in Family Courts.

Selection is based on a 140-mark written objective-type competitive examination covering General Knowledge and General Studies, followed by a 60-mark qualifying typing/shorthand test and document verification.
