Rajasthan RPSC RAS Recruitment 2026 Notification Out - Apply Online for 607 Posts

RPSC RAS & Subordinate Services Recruitment 2026 is a state-level combined competitive examination conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Ajmer for 192 State Service and 415 Subordinate Service posts. The exam is notified under Notice No. सं.वि.सं. 02/परीक्षा/RAS&RTS/RPSC/EP-I/2026–27 dated 27 May 2026.

A total of 607 vacancies have been announced, including 192 posts in Rajasthan State Services such as RAS, RPS, Accounts, Cooperative, Planning and other services, and 415 posts in various Subordinate Services like Tehsildar, Cooperation, Devasthan, Labour Welfare, Social Justice & Empowerment and others.

The online application window will remain open from 4 June 2026 to 3 July 2026 up to 12:00 midnight. The Preliminary Examination date and Main Examination schedule will be notified separately on the official RPSC website after completion of the application process and declaration of prelims result.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university incorporated by an Act of Central/State Legislature or deemed university under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Rajasthan Government. Candidates who do not meet the required educational qualification, experience or age as on the last date must withdraw their application, as furnishing false details is punishable under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) Section 217.

For general candidates, the age must be between 21 and 40 years as on 1 January 2027. For eligible Rajasthan Government departmental candidates, the minimum age is 25 years and the maximum 45 years as on 1 January 2027, subject to specific conditions mentioned in the notification.

To qualify for the Personality Test, candidates must secure at least 10% marks in each paper and 15% marks in aggregate in the Main Examination. Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories are eligible for a 5% relaxation in the prescribed minimum marks as per rules.

The examination fee is ₹600 for General/Unreserved, OBC (Creamy Layer) and MBC (Creamy Layer) candidates. SC/ST/OBC (Non‑Creamy Layer)/MBC (Non‑Creamy Layer)/EWS and Saharia Tribe candidates need to pay ₹400, and Persons with Disabilities also pay ₹400. Candidates from other states claiming reserved categories will be treated as General and must pay ₹600.

Candidates must apply online through the SSO portal (https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in) under the Recruitment section or via the RPSC website (https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in). They need to complete One Time Registration (OTR), fill in all details as per eligibility on the last date, upload necessary documents, pay the fee online, and submit the form between 4 June and 3 July 2026 (midnight). A printout of the final submitted application should be kept safely for future reference.
