What is the age limit for KSP Armed Police Constable 2026?

The selection process consists of: Written Examination (OMR-based, 100 marks) → Physical Standard Test (PST) → Physical Endurance Test (PET) → Medical Examination → Final Merit List. Is there negative marking in the KSP Constable written exam?
Yes. Each wrong answer carries a deduction of 0.25 marks. There is no negative marking for unanswered questions. The exam has 100 questions carrying 100 marks, to be completed in 90 minutes.
What is the physical standard for the KSP Constable PST?
For general male candidates, the minimum height is 168 cm and the minimum chest measurement is 86 cm (fully expanded) with a minimum expansion of 5 cm. For Budakattu forest tribal male candidates, the minimum height is 155 cm with a chest expansion of at least 5 cm to a minimum expanded measurement of 75 cm.
What events are included in the KSP Constable PET 2026?
The PET for general male candidates includes: 1600 m run (within 6 min 30 sec), Long Jump (min 3.80 m) or High Jump (min 1.20 m), and Shot Put 7.26 kg (min 5.60 m). Ex-servicemen have easier standards: 400 m run (within 2 min), Long/High Jump, and 4 kg Shot Put (min 3.75 m).
