Clinical departments: MD/MS/DNB/MDS in the relevant specialty. Anatomy, Biochemistry: MD/DNB or M.Sc. (Human Anatomy/Biochemistry) with PhD. School of Public Health: MD/DNB in Community Medicine/PSM or MPH with PhD. Qualifying exam result deadline: Must be declared by 31st August 2026; later results lead to cancellation of candidature.
What is the age limit and relaxation?
Upper age limit: 45 years as on 30th June 2026.
What is the pay scale and tenure of appointment?
Pay: ₹67,700/- per month (Level-11, 7th CPC) + NPA (for medical candidates) + other allowances.
How is the selection done?
Selection is based on a 100-mark merit system: 50% – MCQ-based written examination 30% – Academic record (MBBS/BDS marks, extra attempts, PubMed-indexed publications) 20% – Personal interview
