User Agreement for Fresherslive
Welcome to FreshersLIVE. This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your use of the FreshersLIVE website ("Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the Website.
1. Eligibility

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. You irrevocably agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
