Eligibility Critieria

Educational Qualification:

  • Applicants must hold an MBA in HR.

Age Limit:

  • Candidates should be under 40 years old as of the last date of receipt of the application.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of seven (07) years of experience is required, with preference given to candidates with HR & Admin experience in the Highways & Road Sector.

Job Profile

The Manager – HR & Admin will be responsible for a range of tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Planning HR and administration activities.
  • Managing the payroll function.
  • Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures.
  • Running employee relations programs.
  • Overseeing recruitment and retention.
  • Ensuring timely payment of salary/remuneration to employees.
  • Coordinating with the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly payroll.
  • Budget preparation.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESI, etc.
  • Handling training, development, and performance maintenance.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as required.
