MHT CET Counselling 2024

The MHT CET Counselling 2024 is the process through which students who have appeared for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test can secure admission in BE/BTech and BPharm/PharmD courses in Maharashtra. Conducted by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra, the counseling involves several key steps: registration on the official website, document verification to confirm eligibility, publication of provisional and final merit lists based on exam performance, and the filling out of the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) application form where candidates choose their preferred colleges and courses. 

Seat allotment follows, based on merit and choices filled, with options to freeze allocated seats or participate in subsequent rounds. The process requires payment of a non-refundable processing fee online and submission of essential documents such as exam scorecards, educational certificates, and category certificates if applicable.

Fee for Processing

  • The processing fee for MHT CET 2024 counseling is ₹800 for General category candidates and ₹600 for reserved category candidates (SC, ST, OBC, VJ/DT (NT-A), NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, SBC, OSBC, EWS).
  • This fee is mandatory and non-refundable.
  • Candidates must pay the fee online through the official website of State CET Cell, Maharashtra.
  • The fee payment is required during the registration process for counseling.
