Eligibility Criteria


  • Applicants must be Indian citizens.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 14 years.
  • For Risky Trades (like Welder, Turner, etc.): Minimum 17 years and 9 months.
  • No upper age limit.

Educational Qualification

  • Varies by course:

    • For Engineering Trades: The minimum qualification is a 10th class pass.
    • For Non-Engineering Trades: Minimum qualification can be an 8th, 10th, or 12th class pass from a recognized board.
  • Some courses may have specific subject requirements.


  • Candidates must be residents of Haryana or have studied there for at least three years.

Appearing Candidates

  • Students appearing in the 10th class exam in 2024 are eligible to apply.

Merit List and Seat Allotment

  • Merit List: Based on marks obtained in the qualifying exam (10th or equivalent).
  • Seat Allotment: Done based on merit, choices filled by candidates, and availability of seats.
