The ESIC DV Schedule 2024 refers to the document verification process for candidates shortlisted for the post of UDC (Upper Division Clerk) at the ESIC Regional Office in Chandigarh. Scheduled for July 2, 2024, at 10:00 AM, the verification will take place at the Regional Office, ESI Corporation, Panchdeep Bhawan, Sector 19 A, Chandigarh. 

Candidates are required to bring original and self-attested copies of essential documents such as their birth certificate, educational qualifications, category certificates (if applicable), photographs, and a valid photo ID. Required Documents

For the ESIC DV Schedule 2024, candidates need to bring the following documents:

  1. Original and self-attested copy of their Matriculation or equivalent certificate as proof of Date of Birth.
  2. Certificates or mark sheets supporting their essential educational qualifications for the UDC post.
  3. Category certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format (if applicable), such as SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD/Ex-Servicemen.
  4. Two passport-size photographs match the one uploaded in the online application form.
  5. A currently valid photo identity proof in original along with a photocopy, which can be a PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter’s Card, etc. Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will not be accepted as valid ID proof.
