Central Bank of India DV Schedule 2024

Central Bank of India is pleased to announce the Document Verification (DV) Schedule for the year 2024 for the recruitment of Customer Service Associates in the Clerical cadre. Following the selection process conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), 1965 candidates have been shortlisted for appointment. The DV process will take place at designated Training Colleges and the Centre for Learning & Development (CLDs) on 20th and 21st June 2024. 

Candidates must bring original documents along with self-attested photocopies as specified, including proof of date of birth, educational certificates, identity proof, and category certificates where applicable. Please refer to our website for updates and instructions, as the Bank's decisions on all matters regarding this recruitment are final and binding.

Required Documents

  • Filled application form (two copies)
  • IBPS application with five passport-sized photos
  • Proof of date of birth (birth certificate or Std. X certificate)
  • Photo ID (PAN card, passport, driving license, voter ID, etc.)
  • Educational certificates from SSC/Matric onwards
  • Caste/community certificates (if applicable)
  • Disability certificate (if applicable)
  • Ex-Servicemen documents (Proforma B and Proforma C)
  • Computer proficiency certificate
  • No Objection Certificate from current employer (for government/PSU employees)
  • Experience certificates (if applicable)
  • Relieving and character certificates from current employer
  • Character certificates from the educational institution and Gazetted Officers/Bank Managers
  • Bio data/resume
  • Antecedent/Character attestation form
  • PRAN registration form
  • Referees' report proforma

Ensure all documents are original with two sets of self-attested photocopies for the verification process.

Process of Document Verification

The Document Verification process for Customer Service Associate in the Clerical cadre involves the following steps:

  • Candidates must bring both original documents and self-attested photocopies.
  • All required documents, such as educational certificates and identity proofs, are checked for authenticity and completeness.
  • Failure to provide any necessary documents may result in disqualification from the selection process.
  • The Bank's decisions regarding selection and joining are conclusive and must be adhered to by all candidates.
