India’s first blind friendly train, from Mysuru to Varanasi, made its maiden journey on Tuesday morning

All reserved coaches of the Mysuru–Varanasi Express, which leaves Mysuru on Tuesdays and Thursdays, have metallic Braille signages indicating the location of toilets, emergency windows and berth numbers.

The South Western Railways plans to launch the feature for some other trains by March end.
