Job Description:

        1. Opening with Xerox Business Services
        2. We have opening in our Noida location for business section Xerox Litigation Services.

Please read the below mandatory requirement carefully

        1. Candidate should be 2014 pass out and Fresher ( No Experience )
        2. Comfortable to work in 24*7 environment ( Flexible for night shifts/ Rotational Shifts )
        3. Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
        4. Candidate should be BCA / BSc IT /B tech /BE / MCA.
        5. Candidate should be comfortable to sign 2 years Security Bond ( Agreement Breach of this bond will cost 2Lacs )
        6. Please check the details of the Operational / Technical Support Positions :


        1. Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to supervisor or technical staff.
        2. Logs and tracks all calls using ticket tracking system
        3. Assists in software and hardware upgrades and new installations.
        4. Install personal computers, software, and peripheral equipment
        5. Perform installations and changes to user’s workstations and assign requests to other technical staff member as needed.
        6. Enters pertinent resolution information and procedures into knowledge base.
        7. Trains users on software and hardware on-site, as required.
        8. Documents procedures as required.
        9. Maintain moderate level of proficiency in software and applications supported by IT.
        10. Assists in miscellaneous tasks as needed.
        11. Process data in ViewPoint E-discovery software
        12. Escalate issues seen during processing and take appropriate or requested action
        13. Validate and process data using a series of scripts, applications and queries
        14. Work with other departments to resolve issues associated with specific jobs
        15. Apply technical knowledge to resolve data integrity issues
        16. Work closely with team members to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manor
        17. Work to improve efficiencies by identifying bottlenecks and working with department manager to further automate processes
        18. Adhere to XLS operational guidelines and processes, to ensure work is done consistently
