Job Description:

Responsible for ongoing delivery of services with quality.
Update documentation of SOP and operating instructions.
Responsible for peer review of transactions.
Updation of process task sheet / documentation for his/her own tasks.
All other tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

0-1 year of experience with Good written and oral communication skills.
Flexible working in shifts.
Backend/Non-Voice Process
Proficiency in MS-Office, Internet usage and other web-based applications.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.
Ability to detect errors.
