As a Tech Support Executive you should able to provide technical support to the US/UK based customers over the phone. In addition to that you should be able to sell company’s products and services to these customers.
The job responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:
Ability to understand/comprehend the customer’s requirements and respond tactically
Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customers queries
Should be able to engage the customer in a conversation and avoid dead air on calls
Should be able to multi-task during handling a transaction. (Type & Talk)
Accurately capturing required customer details in CRM
Will require addressing irate/demanding customers – where necessary, in a tactical manner
Ability to close sales
Meet Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines
Should be available to work in a 24×7 environment with no specific shift preferences
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Need to be a good listener
Strong customer service skills
A high degree of self-motivation and drive
Ability to work both, independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, operating systems and computer hardware
Good working knowledge of Internet
Adequate working knowledge of Anti-Virus, Spywares, Trojans, Mal-wares
Must have good working & operational knowledge of at least 1 of the following Antivirus Software (McAfee/Symantec/Trend Micro etc.)
Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 2000, XP Home, XP Pro (Set-Up, Install, Re-Install, Recovery), Virus/Spyware/Malware eradication including Manual Virus removal.
Basic Networking Concepts (Wireless Set-Up & Configuration & Internet Connectivity)
Experience : 0 to 2 years
This is a 5 days a week, evening and night shift operation with rotational week offs.
Those who cannot speak fluently in English or cannot adjust with night shifts need not apply.
Excellent salary up to Rs. 30,000/- (monthly) is being offered along with Performance based Incentives (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly)
