Job Description:

Need to respond to calls over the phone relating to customer queries raised for bus ticket bookings.
Good at Communication skills Local language, English & Hindi (Hindi and English is mandatory apart from local language). One regional language is mandatory based on the location for which the resource is being recruited.
Basic Computer Knowledge
Should be willing to work in rotational shifts (for females only Day shift)
Both Fresher’s and experienced candidates can apply.
Deal directly with customers over the phone or via email relating to queries raised by customer regarding bus ticket bookings.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions

Candidate Profile:

Candidate should possess very good communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to effectively communicate without any grammatical errors, comprehend and interface with customers and peers and posses good voice clarity.
Required language proficiency (English/ Hindi and Regional Language based on the location for which the resource is being recruited).
Soft Spoken with customer driven approach
Knowledge of computer service principles and practices.
Good data entry, typing skill and interpersonal skills
Listening skills
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Attention to detail and accuracy
Stress tolerance.
