Knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
To Provide Technical support for VEC and VBC portals. Communicate status and resolution details to customers through calls and emails.
Investigate and resolve tickets related to user training issue.
Investigate and assign with relevant information to Dev team for code issues and follow up with the development team for resolution.
Coordinate and attend conference calls with Dev team regarding Tickets missing SLAs and escalate issues in danger of missing SLAs.
Follow up on open issues diligently towards closure
