Responsible for managing, resolving and closing all type of service requests ,hardware issues resolving customer issues related to Windows OS, Mail, MS office, networking and other incidents,.
In addition to this, monitoring and updating Virus updates in desktops, VA scan, dedicated image creation, tech refreshment and asset updation.
Minimum Skill Requirement: Good troubleshooting knowledge on Win XP & 7 OS. Good troubleshooting knowledge on Desktop & Laptop.
Troubleshooting knowledge on MS Office & Networking. Troubleshooting knowledge on hardware issues. Must Have: Open for 24*7 environments.
Ability to resolve issues through onsite. Excellent written & oral communication skills. Good to have: Good interpersonal skills, troubleshooting skills.
Hardware and software installation work.
Experience : 0 to 2 yrs
Salary : INR 1,75,000 – 2,25,000 PA
