The person will be will be responsible for supporting the recruitment operations and campus recruitment in the region. This will include candidate management, systems management and vendor management.
Manage the Applicant Tracking System PeopleFluent (Uploading CVs, candidate workflow management), ensuring it to be up to date.
Administrate the SHL tests for campus recruitments and experienced hires both.
Accurately schedule interviews, meetings and events, liaising with multiple parties and working across time zones
Vendor Management (Job postings on Job Boards and maintaining the track of changes in the job boards and vendors)
Champion, support and embed Towers Watson recruitment approaches and tools
Work with recruitment team members to provide support as necessary.
Proactively work with the HR team in the region to ensure that they are up to date with recruiting activity.
Support the recruitment team members and ensure the quality of work is maintained with maximum efficiency.
Manage relationships effectively with recruiters across the region.
Communicate progress to recruiting colleagues on the status of candidates and articulate plans to adjust activity where necessary.
Help in maintaining the administration of the recruitment budget
Graduate with excellent academic record
Interest in Human resources and eagerness to learn the HR processes and tools.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS-Office (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Multi-tasking, initiator and self-motivator.
Analytical and practical approach towards work
Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple deliverables.
