TK20 Inc hiring Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project management team who works to see projects through from beginning to end.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager (PM) & Senior Project Coordinator

Position Responsibilities
Assist with managing project documentation- The following project documents are added and updated as needed: project charters, supporting documents, wiki pages, workplans, and backlogs
Schedule meetings as requested for various projects- Meetings scheduled with room reservations, complete and up to date attendee list
Attend and take meeting notes- Meeting notes documents created and follow-up email sent
Assist with maintaining project workplans to ensure deliverables are met- Add workplan tasks as required; collect and update status of workplan tasks
Maintaining information screens with latest release and project information- New and updated information is posted for all releases and projects
Update resource assignments across projects- Project roster matrix / resource tracking is updated
Processing status updates and process notifications as required- Status update or notification email is sent for corresponding process or project
Maintain central project management calendar as required- Project management calendar is periodically checked for accuracy and needed updates
Assist the project staff with monitoring project status and issues that may impact the progression of the project- Issues are escalated as encountered
Assist with supporting the project management software- Adding and maintaining access for users in project workspaces; Opening and follow-up of support tickets with vendor software support
Assist with all other duties as assigned- Completion of assigned tasks to alleviate workload of project management staff

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s level degree or diploma
Proficient in MS Office Suite of Products (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Demonstrated effective verbal communication skills
Demonstrated effective written communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Ability to manage personal workflow efficiently

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors level degree or diploma in management, business, or related field
Past experience in supporting project managers in the delivery of projects
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
Experience in creating documents such as agendas, meeting minutes, correspondence, and presentations
