Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • The job includes some or all of the following responsibilities:
  • Gather client invoices, contracts and inventory data from various sources. Compile collected information and identify data gaps for further follow-up
  • Analyse invoices, vendor billing records and client data to create billing inventory
  • Analyse contracts and tariffs to determine appropriate rates and discounts
  • Check invoices and inventory for errors and initiate disputes with carriers
  • Create and maintain audit reports for internal and client management
  • Provide analytical support as needed to help clients achieve optimal cost efficiency of their networks and realise cost savings on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain and update inventory and system rate cards to ensure proper functioning of automated invoice validation processes.
  • Data entry will be a required task at specific points of each project
  • Present results to key client stakeholders and maintain a high touch relationship to ensure we maintain excellent levels of service
  • Opportunity to travel to client sites
Candidate Profile :

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT :

  • Hold regular Heartbeat calls/meetings with managed service customers, logging all actions and minutes from each meeting
  • Promote the managed service activities, new features and projects that may benefit the customer and increase revenues.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the assigned customers profile of telecoms services with a specific focus on their business
  • Continually demonstrate the return on investment and value so the customer is always aware of the value that the managed service provides

APPLICANTS WILL NEED:

  • Strong analytical skills, including both data processing and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with project participants at all levels within the team and across functional and organisational boundaries
  • Organisational skills and time management/prioritisation
  • Data mining/research experience
  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with change, learning/adapting on the fly and working independently
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
