Candidates should possess any degree from a recognized university
0–3 years telecommunication experience in Outside Plant engineering and design of Copper and Fiber in GIS Tools. Professional/Technical Experience Solid background and working experience in Outside Plant planning and engineering of fiber networks, both in backhaul and FTTx.Good understanding of creating construction outside plant implementation.
Adequate knowledge in GIS tools & application like IMAGE, Spatial NET, Arc GIS, Small World.
Knowledge in Microstation, Auto Cad and other OSP design software is preferred.
Good technical skills.
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Good interpersonal, social and negotiation skills.
Generation of accurate BoM & BoQ
Proper application of the Methods & Procedures
Estimated plant unit costing and pricing.
As-built Plan submission within the agreed schedule.
Customer satisfaction on quality and consistency of completed work
Clear understanding of the Customers’ requirements and agreed timeline.
Technical and HR Interview
