Typing Speed 20wpm 80% accuracy
Shifts  Willing to work in Complete Night Shifts

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Qualifications:
Any Graduate/Under Graduate
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in customer care/ handling customers in a BPO environment

Age: 18 years onwards

Attributes:
Good Typing Skills ( preferably > 20 wpm), adept at operating computers & familiarity with Internet is desired
Prior usage of mobile is desired

Aptitude: Process orientation, Systems thinking
Key Competencies: Excellent communication skills (English), Customer focus, willingness to learn.
CTC: 1.25Lakhs per Annum.

Desired Profile:
Good communication, customer service skills, adept at operating computers
Should have technical knowledge such as Hardware/ Networking/ Diploma in Electronics/ Computer Science etc
Should be a Graduate – BE; B.Tech; B.Sc (Electronics/Computers/Pure Science); Any Technical Diploma
Should be able to communicate Very fluently in English ,Hindi and any one vernacular language (Telugu /Tamil/ Malayalam/ Kannada).
