Job Description:

Two different positions: Sr Executive – Technical Recruiter and Executive for High volume hiring.

Executive Talent Acquisition High Volume Hiring
Designation : Non IT Recruiter
Experience : 0 Yrs to 2 Yrs Years of Experience.
Work Location : Gurgaon


Hands on experience in bulk hiring.
Should able to close the requirements within given TAT.
Good Expertise in Sourcing / Screening the profiles according to the job specifications, Social media Recruitment experience will be an advantage.
Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.
Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding / joining at the client site.
Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets.
Excellent communication skills.
Ensures the joining of the selected candidates.
Should have knowledge & relevant experience in recruiting for core BPO, KPO, Voice process, Inbound, Candidate good at Mass hiring, attending the calls of the candidate and do the regular follow up .

Sr Executive Talent Acquisition:

Designation : IT Sr Recruiter/ Non IT Sr Recruiter
Experience : 1 Yrs to 4 Yrs Years of Experience.
Job Location : Gurgaon


Accountable for sourcing qualified profiles by understanding the requirement from Client/Hiring Manager, sourcing and screening the profiles, conducting HR interview and Ensuring Candidate joins on stipulated date by continuous follow up.
Should have knowledge & relevant experience in recruiting for core IT Sales and Marketing, Voice Process, BPO profiles, IT Profile like JAVA, PHP for all levels from Fresher to Manager.
Should have good knowledge about Job portals & Proficient on resume search through Job portals & using search engines like Google, Linked, headhunting, personal network etc.
Should have experience in Competency hiring, skill-based hiring, campus drive, walkins etc.
Good in Domain specific or skill specific, good in Market mapping.
Streamline and improvise on recruitment process and Leads the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience and coaches each candidate appropriately at every stage of the process.
Works on hiring for high volume positions and Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for upcoming requirements.
Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
Sourcing to Interview ratio & Offer to Joining ratio should be higher.
Creating reports on weekly, monthly and need basis.

Candidate Profile:

Should have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Should be Target oriented and a self-starter and capable to work under pressure.
Ability to Multi-Tasking and prioritize requirements and has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.
Should have good Analytical, Time management. Problem solving & people management skills, Ability to analyze, research and understand requirements to source the right candidates.
Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance.
