PRESHIPMENT / POST SHIPMENT DOCUMENTATION
Prompt issuance of Proforma Invoices with correct & complete details and send to customer after having approvals from Manager Customer Service.
Prompt Creation of Sales orders with correct & complete details in system through respective affiliates
Checking of al pre / Post ship. Documents & timely forward to customer before arrival of goods at destination port.
Attending Internal / External customer queries & reply back to them on Top most priority so as to gain customer satisfaction level.
Coordinate with Global QA / Regulatory department.
Managing on time deliveries in coordination with global CSR teams
Timely submission of reports.
Attending customer queries / replies – % effectiveness
Effective Coordination of inter co. Global teams i.e. US, Belgium, Japan, France, Indonesia etc.
Pre & Post shipment documentation – accuracy
Maintaining Different reports accuracy & timeliness
Managing on time delivery on AP basis timeliness & accuracy %
Achievement of sales objectives
Prepare presentations for reviews etc
Admin activities on requirement
Any other activities from time to time
Functional Skills required for job :
Should be adept at handling export / import business, focus on managing values from multiple factory sites outside India.
Knowledge of Computer MS Word / Excel / Power Point etc.
Import / Export / L/c documentation. Knowledge of existing ERP software
