Understand product features and technologies. Execute real-world use cases and automated test harnesses
Execute functional, regression, sanity and upgrade test cases. Understand deployment and configuration for Support.com products
Use existing test tools efficiently
Configure the necessary test environment including OS installation
Communicate testing status and issues on a regular basis adhering to existing process of QA
Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA from an accredited university or college with impressive academic records. A minimum of 0 to 1 years’ experience in Quality Assurance in software industry.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and listening skills
Programming ability in one of the languages – C++, C#, Python, VB Script or Java Script.
Preferred experience with testing consumer facing applications using black box testing techniques and practices
