Job Description:

# Training batches on Voice and Accent for Ab-Initio, Recurrent, CCIC and Check Crew.
# Completing the Monitoring & coaching targets within the defined TAT (Turn Around Time).
# Identify Learning needs of Crews, CCIC ,Check Crews and other resources as a learning consultant.
#Work closely with the Operations and Quality team to use data from floor in training and to cus-tomize training according to processes.
#Observe and evaluate trainee performance during real time training sessions
#Track and maintain trainee attendance and trainee certification records for audit purposes.
#Initiate and participate in the projects of the team and the department
#Conducting refreshers and huddles for SpiceJet and tenured population
#Conduct audits and feedback for the targeted population with the objective of improving scores for training throughput or conversion
#Maintain key MIS related to all the above activities
#Eliminate the Mother Tongue Influence and terminologies such as In-effective Communication skills in relation to the soft skills call flow process.
