Develop and execute recruitment plan as per the priority defined by the HR Manager. Work towards closing vacancies in a predictable and time bound manner.
Utilise the recruitment portals effectively in the recruitment process. Upload job opening on the subscribed and appropriate job portal.
Shortlist, prescreen and Interview the candidates and follow up by Co-ordinating and scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates.
Issue offer letter to selected candidates and ensure their effective joining of the candidates.
Ensure pipeline of candidates as a contingency plan.
Campus recruitment – Promote college recruitment initiative. Develop working relations with various colleges to aid recruiting
Effectively utilise the company network for recruitment.
Promote recruitment through various networking sources.
Prepare Recruitment MIS and work along with the HR Manager to follow up and discuss with Managers to determine the effectiveness of the recruitment plan vis-a-vis the MIS data.
Create Job Description documents with Hiring Manager as and when required.
