Job Description:

Key responsibilities of the ISAM includes the following:

  • Lead generation through telecalling and reaching to the fortnightly lead generation target for a portfolio of software and hardware products.
  • Closing sales orders and achievement of quarterly lead generation and revenue quota.
  • Daily customer engagement over the phone. Connect via voice/phone, day-in and day-out, with Softcell customers in the assigned territory to ensure top-of-the-mind ‘Softcell’ recall and resultant sale of Softcell offerings.
  • Execute marketing activities such as call outs, campaigns, etc.
  • Fast & accurate information dissemination and response for quotations/information to customers
    Lead generation and Closures
  • Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Payment Follow-ups
  • Managing to capture customer information (both infrastructure and contact information)
  • Work closely as a team with the respective BDE / Sales Specialists
  • Update CRM on a daily basis.
