Job Description:

Perform and provide counsel on expert emergency,maintenance, testing, engineering, programming, designing, and start-uptechnical support across any type of electrical or mechanical equipment,systems and subsystems
Perform and provide counsel on diagnosing andrepairing equipment and systems (both hardware and software)
Service and maintenance of Schneider and third partyequipment (as per trade expertise).
Prepare the shop drawings and application projectsspecifically for SLJs. Supervise field installation, cabling in SLJs.
Determine equipment and accessory needs forimplementation and inform FSL or FSS in time.
Carry out design works, programming of HVACcontrollers, Fire Panels, Access Control Panels.
Install GRAPHICS, prepare graphics and necessaryprogramming works as per specifications.
Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaisonwith client representatives, customers and service recipients.
Ensure delivery of value to Schneider clients andcustomers
Support FSD Manager for project cost and progressreporting.
Create new sales opportunities during the applicationof the project.
Report possible future failures, disturbances andother opportunities for improvement.
Estimate materials costs and quantities provide theinformation to the FSS or FSL, and Service Sales
Development and maintenance of site-specificdocumentation and quality assurance information as instructed by team leader.
Follow the Schneider SOPs, HSE and quality systemswhile delivering the periodic maintenance services as well as the execution ofspot services and SLJs.
Achievement, measurement and reporting of performanceindicators and site service objectives.
Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks asper company policy and procedures.

Candidate Profile:

Candidate should possess 0-3 years experience post Engineering/Diploma
minimum Associates degree or technical trade school diploma; four year degree in engineering or programming preferred.

extensive understanding of Schneider programming methodology
