Manage the functioning in terms of uptime management of Prisma Clarify : DC Call Centre, RPS Online, MS CRM Sales, Sales Force.com.
Responsible for training the users (Internal employees) on the new systems
Responsible to drive Business process improvements by developing various SOP’s for operations and usage of the new system
