To Attend maximum customers via call, chat, E-mail Support. Guide customers for doing certain procedures / steps for Quick Heal Products. To understand & elicit customer’s issues / concern quickly and help towards resolution.
- Liable to escalate unresolved queries to next level with relevant details to complete the Escalation matrix.
- Responsible for Follow -up and feed Back of escalated issues.
- Responsible for achieving Quarterly & Yearly Targets.
- To educate customers about effective usage of Quick Heal Products.
- Carry the right attitude towards every customer.
- Should be alert to notify in case of critical issues and expedite in reporting to seniors.
- To Adhere customer service standards / protocols.

Salary : INR 1,50,000 – 2,00,000 P.A
