Liable to escalate unresolved queries to next level with relevant details to complete the Escalation matrix.
Responsible for Follow -up and feed Back of escalated issues.
Responsible for achieving Quarterly & Yearly Targets.
To educate customers about effective usage of Quick Heal Products.
Carry the right attitude towards every customer.
Should be alert to notify in case of critical issues and expedite in reporting to seniors.
To Adhere customer service standards / protocols.
