QualityKiosk hiring Quality Assurance Executive

The 24×7 team ensures that the performance of the applications meets its threshold. By Monitoring, the client is ensured that their applications are up and running 24 x 7 x 365
The QAE works under general direction and applies knowledge and applicable expertise in monitoring the overall functioning of the Operations of Web/ Desktop/ Mobile monitoring to build and maintain our monitoring and performance analysis function and its Delivery
He/ She would be responsible to monitor and analyze the overall functioning of the Operations, auditing various delivery related aspects of the Monitoring Operations like SLA adherence, Incident Alerts, Test Script functioning and various dashboards

Key Result Areas and Responsibilities:
Monitoring of all Operations related activities like functioning of Selenium and HP BAC scripts, and Error Escalations sent to clients
The Authenticity of the errors identified by the Operations needs to be verified
Any issues observed in the Automation Scripts or other Technical issues to be raised to the relevant teams
Continuous verification of the monitoring system to ensure stability, reliability and availability of applications and services for the business
Supervision of the Monitoring Operations NOC
Run Database queries to verify and analyze the Monitoring Logs and errors
Capture defects of individual team members and teams based on which the performance of Teams and individuals are measured
Ensure that all relevant processes to be followed by the Operations NOC is being practiced
Mentoring and Training to Performance Monitoring Executives
Revert to client queries whenever applicable
Generate End of Day/ Month reports
Subject Matter Expert
Be involved in creating processes and performance improvement strategies

Profile Requirements:
Aware of basic functioning of various Internet Browsers and Mobile Applications
Understanding on functioning of Internet Service Providers and role of Networks
Basic Knowledge on various Internet domains primarily Internet Banking, Online Retail, Insurance, Online Trading
Functioning of M sites, Native Apps related to Mobile
Basic awareness of various Mobile Platforms and their functioning
Should be Proactive and full of energy
Knowledge of interpreting dashboards and graphs
Process oriented
Should be willing to work in shifts for 24x7x365 work environment
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Good Track Record in performance and character

Education Qualifications:
BSc IT/ MSc/ MCA for freshers
Bcom/ Bsc (any) for Experienced profiles
First Class in SSC and HSC is mandatory

1-2 Years experience within the QA team in the BPO/ Call Center or Telemarketing industry
