The role may also include the following :-
Using a variety of software packages, such as Google apps, Asana, Microsoft Office., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
Devising and maintaining office systems.
Booking rooms and conference facilities for Guest/Visitor.
Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing.
Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.
Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post.
Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation.
Organizing and storing essential paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
Recruiting, training and supervising subordinates/team member staff and delegating work as required;
Analysing statistical data and generating MIS reports as required;
Arranging both in-house and external events.
General requirements :-
Preparing, formatting, revising the QMS documents as per discussion points highlighted by senior management.
Ensuring the compliance of all the functions pertaining to the department as per the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
Ensuring the compliance of all the functions pertaining to the department as per the ISO 27001:2013 standard.
Assisting in management information system development & reporting as part of the business intelligence project (i.e assisting in business metrics reporting).

Analytical Skills :-
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Organised approach towards any work and must be able to work under pressure.
Ability to manage time and organise daily / weekly tasks
Working knowledge of supporting infrastructure and executing department projects.
Have good verbal and written communication skills, ideally with good grasp to spreadsheets/excel
Be well organised and able to prioritise tasks
Ability to focus, develop and manage projects with a positive and can do attitude
