Managing the day-to-day operations of the office and Incubation center. Maintain records, listing of all past and future transactions. Providing necessary assistance in preparation of Marketing & Strategies.

Organizing and maintaining files and records
Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
Respond to and follow up sales/ lease enquiries by mail, telephone and personal visits.
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
Assist in maintaining database.
