Job Description:

Shall be responsible for maintaining and coordinating all HR operations activities like maintaining MIS and other reports, File Management, generation of letters for transfer, exit, rewards etc. and maintaining data for audits.
Shall be involved in Compensation related issues like monthly payroll inputs and Exit formalities.
Shall support Recruitment and Induction functions like coordination with candidates and managers, maintaining all employee databases. Should also coordinate the commencement formalities of new joinees.
Sending meeting invite for the panels, delivery head manager.
Candidate must participate and handhold Employee Engagement activities and maintain and track relevant records.
Candidate shall assist in regional CSR activities, assist in Employee welfare activities, and follow up with contractors for issues pertaining to contract associates.
Candidates will be involved in coordination of various training activities and also ensuring training participation for the various trainings of the region.

SKILLS REQUIRED :-
Interpersonal skills:
Must assist HR Generalist in communication, involvement and continuous improvement of Human Resources functions.
Must have strong communication, writing and customer service skills.
Must be personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people.
Openly share new ideas and information to team members.

Technical Skills:
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e- Work proactively with team members.
Candidate must initiate new hire notification, termination notification, department and supervisor notification via online-help-desk-system.
Candidate must assist with performance review, tracking progress and sending reminders.
