Job Description:

Main Purpose –
* The main objective of this role is to administer efficient and timely delivery of payroll and reimbursements for both businesses.
* Management of all C&B processes and workflows for both businesses.
* Pan India roll out & implementation of policies, processes and proposals.
* Ensure statutory compliances – accurate tax deduction, filing of income-tax returns, Profession Tax, Acturials etc. Payroll Audit
* Liason with Corporate and Sector Teams for compliances related to inter country movements
* Liason with Corporate for ESOP/LTI management
* Define and monitor SLA for various processes
* Helpdesk management

Accountabilities –

Flawless execution of payroll and full and final settlement management for all employees and key driver of process and policy compliance. Key responsibilities include:
Business processes and database management
* Work closely with the payroll vendor to ensure on time, error free execution of payroll & benefit administration by 26th of every month.
* Accurate and efficient management of database in the HR Masters.
* Timely delivery of letters at focal point, monthly promotion and mid year increases and implementation of changes in the payroll system.
* Ensure accurate & timely disbursement of reimbursements
* Ensure timely closure of F&F’s for all exiting employees in India Region.

Statutory and Legal compliances
* Ensure statutory compliance of payroll like income-tax of employees and Company income tax returns with regard to payroll .
* Coordinate Payroll audits for statutory compliance as well as taxability to employees on account of International movement (to & fro)

Automation, workflows and processes
* Management of all C&B processes and workflows for both businesses
* Stabilize Input outsourcing model with payroll vendor including Online workflows & Payroll input consolidation to take it to 100% outsourcing.
* Income-tax assistance to new employees and query handling.
* Pan India roll out & implementation of policies, processes and proposals.

Liasoning :
* Interface with Corporate and Sector Teams for compliances related to inter country movements
* Interface with Corporate and sector for ESOP/LTI management
* Interface with HRBPs
* Capability building of HR Executives / Coordinators on C&B related processes

Key Skills/Experience Required –

* Graduate with minimum 5 years’ experience/interest in HR, preferably an MBA
* Strong project management and data interpretation/ analysis skills
* Ability to cross-reference and verify
* High level computer skills – Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint
* High order of organizing, planning and execution skills

* Excellent team player and team skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills
* High level of confidence & ability to carry herself/ himself

Candidate Profile:

MBA in HR preferred

Education:UG -Any Graduate – Any Specialization
PG – MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations
Doctorate – Doctorate Not Required
