Job Description:

Over 3000 Corporate HR Departments use the HR Services offered by Niojak HR Mall, the One-Stop-Shop for all HR Services.Niojak HR Mall Recruitment Services Division requires smart, young and talented HR Executives to handle the execution of the recruitment business. The office is located near SEEPZ at MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai.

The responsibilities of an HR Executive Recruitment at Niojak HR Mall, Mumbai are:
Understanding the position specifications provided by the client organization
Creating a job description and candidate profile that best fits the position
Finalizing the Eligibility and Suitability criteria for the vacant position
Postings the vacancies on job portals
Conducting data searches to identify suitable resumes
Scrutinizing, screening and short listing resumes based on education qualifications, experience and the eligibility and suitability criteria finalized
Contacting shortlisted candidates on telephone, to provide them details of the employing organization and explaining the position.
Checking suitability, communication and interest of the candidates using a structured interview questionnaire
Scheduling a Skype or personal interview with the Hiring managers of the Employer Organizations
Follow up with candidates to ensure attendance at the interview on scheduled date and time
Collect feedback from candidate post interview and check with the Client interaction team on further course of action
Maintain a record of all activities conducted

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with additional qualifications in Human Resource Management. Full time MBA HR is preferred
0 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment. Freshers welcome.
Necessary training will be provided to all candidates on joining
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook essential
Should have excellent communication skills
Willing to build a career in Recruitment
